Service

1. New devices purchased through authorized Jeno channels are entitled to a 12-month warranty for major components (all internal parts of the device host) under normal use and operation, starting from the date of purchase or receipt (whichever is later). Officially sold second-hand devices from Jeno authorized channels enjoy a 6-month warranty for major components from the date of receipt. Jeno does not provide nationwide warranty service for products sold through non-Jeno authorized channels.


2. To enjoy the warranty service, users must provide the original valid invoice or a valid order screenshot and ship the product to the Jeno Service Center.


3. If any of the following situations occur, users will not be entitled to the warranty service but can enjoy the paid services provided by the Jeno Service Center:


1) Beyond the warranty period;


2) Without a valid original invoice or warranty certificate, or if the warranty certificate (or invoice) does not match the actual product, or if the warranty certificate (or invoice) has been altered;


3) Malfunctions or damages caused by not using, maintaining, or caring for the product as required by the product manual;


4) Natural wear and tear of the product and consumable parts (all detachable accessories and attachments other than the host are considered consumable parts);


5) Malfunctions or damages caused by transportation or handling after the product has been received;


6) Malfunctions or damages caused by unauthorized disassembly or self-repair of the product;


7) Malfunctions or damages caused by improper voltage, water source, or usage environment;


8) Malfunctions or damages caused by the incorrect use of cleaning agents;


9) Malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure or natural factors;


10) Malfunctions or damages caused by unauthorized modifications to the product or the use of non-Jeno original parts and accessories;


11) The product lacks original identification, or the order number and serial number on the original label do not match those provided by Jeno;


12) Other product malfunctions caused by user reasons.


4. Jeno's household products are intended for domestic use only. Products used in non-domestic settings, such as commercial or industrial uses, will not be entitled to warranty service.


5. For products sold through Jeno authorized channels, the logistics costs for shipping to and from the Jeno Service Center within the warranty scope are covered by Jeno. Home products do not include free on-site service.


6. During the warranty period, all replaced warranty parts belong to Jeno.


7. During the warranty period, if the repaired part is discontinued or phased out, Jeno will prioritize the use of equivalent or higher-grade products for replacement.


8. Gardening products provide a replacement service within the warranty scope.


9. For out-of-warranty home product repairs, customers must pay to ship the product to the Jeno Service Center and bear the costs of any parts, labor, etc. If the customer chooses to repair after receiving an out-of-warranty quote, Jeno will cover the shipping costs for returning the device; if the customer chooses not to repair, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.


10. Out-of-warranty part costs are charged according to Jeno's unified part prices.


11. If the product's repaired part is discontinued or phased out, customers can exchange their old device for a new one of similar price at a 30% discount at Jeno service stores. The ownership of the old device will belong to Jeno.


12. Compulsory provisions of Chinese law apply to these warranty terms.


13. Jeno reserves the right to adjust warranty information, product features, and specifications without prior notice.
